2Bar Costs and Benefits

Partnership cost is $1,000 per couple and $500 for single partnership annually, subject to acceptance of 2Bar's rules, code of conduct, and liability agreement. The annual fee does not include the cost of 2Bar ticketed events or other events that may require additional payments.

Partners will receive invitations to various ticketed events such as cocktail parties, dinners, BBQ/Oysters, concerts, corn hole tournament, wine events, fire watching and bourbon sipping, etc.

Partner's will receive invitations to various day club events such as mahjong, painting, canasta, nature walks/foraging, floral design events, etc.

Partners to 2Bar events will be given priority ticket availability and at a discount price as compared to ticket offered to guests.

Partners will have access to 2Bar for small gatherings based on calendar availability.

Rental rates for private events will be at a discounted rate for both the Dairy Barn and Cottage.

There is a charming, historic cottage on the property near the dairy barn. The Cottage is $525/night for weekends and $350/night for weekdays.

Partnership

2Bar Board and membership will determine the appropriate number of participants as managed by the 2Bar Board.

Guests may be allowed to attend club events on terms and at the discretion of the 2Bar Board and membership.

2Bar will maintain a forward calendar of events and will endeavor to handle RSVPs in a manner which enables partners to get priority access to events.
Large Banquet Events
8703 River Road LLC which owns the parcel, rents the Dairy Barn and land for barn and outdoor events. An individual ABC License will be required for every event. The plan is for 5 to 10 Special Banquet Events per year. All music must stop at 10:00pm and the event must be over by 11:00pm. All events will be catered by an approved vendor.
There is a maximum of 250 guests at an event. There will only be one event per weekend unless the events are linked (Rehearsal Dinner/Wedding Reception).

Rules and Access
All alcohol and consumption must follow the ABC licensing rules. Underage drinking is prohibited, and any infraction of a guest of a Partner will result in Partnership immediate termination. Drinking and driving will not be tolerated. Partners and guest are encouraged to use Uber, Lyft or a designated sober driver. Partners can leave their cars on the property if they are not sober. A DUI will result in immediate termination of membership.
Swimming in the pool is strictly prohibited. No hunting is allowed on the property without written permission.
All Event guests must stay on the parcels of land owned by 8703 River Road, LLC and guests should not enter dwellings that are not part of the event. There should be no entrance to the neighboring properties except in the case of emergency. Access is only allowed during hours of an Event or permission from the President.
