Participation in 2Bar is a privilege

All members, guests, and staff are expected to uphold a community standard of respect, civility, and dignity. This policy applies at all times on club premises and during any club-sponsored events, trips, or digital communications. 

 

Expected Behavior

• Respect and Dignity: Treat all members, management, and staff with courtesy. Value diversity and never disparage others.

• Inclusive Environment: Welcome individuals regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, or physical ability.

• Sportsmanship: Observe the rules and ethical traditions of the club’s activities. 

 

Prohibited Conduct

The club maintains a zero-tolerance policy for the following actions: 

• Harassment and Bullying: Using offensive language, slurs, or engaging in unwanted physical contact.

• Discrimination: Unfavorable treatment based on protected characteristics.

• Disruptive Behavior: Creating a hostile environment or willfully disrupting the activities and enjoyment of others.

• Safety Violations: Arriving severely impaired by alcohol, cannabis, or illicit drugs at club events.

• Any violations of federal, state or local law.

 

Enforcement and Disciplinary Action

Partners who violate this policy are subject to disciplinary action, which may include verbal warnings, temporary suspension of partnership, or permanent expulsion, pending review by Members and/or the Board.
